Our website has been around since 2010. For over 15 years we've been providing athletic apparel online to FilAms and Filipinos throughout the United States and worldwide!

We are a US-based Philippine sports apparel company for Filipino and FilAm Communities! Our products ship directly to you from the United States out of our Pacific Northwest location. We do not have a brick & mortar store, however you can come browse our selection in person at local festivals throughout the Pacific Northwest. If our products look familiar, you may have also seen us at Pistahan in San Francisco, California as well as Fiesta Sa Mo in Orlando, Florida.

About the business owner: FilAm born & raised! Growing up with 2 Filipino immigrant parents to the United States after they joined the US Military. I grew up in small town America while being raised with Filipino values. I started this company as someone trying to find myself in American society. Connecting with other FilAms and Filipinos I realized the need for filling the void for FilAM apparel -- there just wasn't much available at the time! Like most FilAms, I grew up playing sports as a great way to connect with others like myself, who were also wanting to showcase our heritage. It was always easy to find clothing for others nationalities, however not my own. My website focuses mainly on Inspired Filipino Clothing apparel, especially for FilAm athletes and those who appreciate sporting apparel. Most of the designs I offer are my own, however a few of our offerings are also not - so its a mix of finding things that our customers enjoy. Even though I am located in the Pacific Northwest, this website allows me to reach out to others throughout the country. I thank you for your patronage over the years! We design and sell alot of our own items, however we also sell other popular and highly sought out items as well! We specialize in athletic apparel - ranging from Jerseys, Jackets, Shorts and Hats. We do carry other items however such as trinkets, dogtags, and more!

USD (U.S. Dollars).

IS THERE SALES TAX ON MY ORDERS?
We are required by our home state of Washington to charge sales tax on all orders regardless of where in the USA you may live.

International orders may incur a tax at your local postal service upon arrival (unfortunately we do not decide this - as decisions come from each country). As all countries differ, check with your country's postal service for requirements when importing to your country.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment received. Orders $50 or more are complimentary upgraded to Priority Mail shipping. We know it's no fun having to wait long, so we work hard to ship fast from our location to your door!

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONAL?
Yes, We do! International orders will incur extra shipping charges. You are also responsible for any taxes owed to your country.

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS/REFUND POLICY?
We have a 30-day Return Policy from the date of the item being received on the buyer's end. Garments must be in the same excellent condition as received with all tags intact. We do not pay for or refund shipping rates (to and from) unless item was received to buyer in damaged condition.

Any orders that we are unable to fulfill due to lack of inventory, full refunds (order and shipping costs) will be returned to the buyer.

WHAT SHIPPERS DO WE USE?
Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail from our warehouse locations. In the event you need other shipping options, please email us prior at info@pinoyshirts.com so we can arrange.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
When you order from our website, we use use PayPal. Payments through PayPal are secure and your information (ie, credit cards, bank account numbers) is never provided to us in the process, and you the buyer are always insured through them. We also have a shop through eBay. You can pay through eBay and know your information is safe.

HOW MUCH ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We combine shipping to make things easier and affordable for you! In the USA, all orders under 1 lb. are typically around $5. Orders exceeding 1 lb are around $10. International shipping rates range around $10 (USD) for under 1 lb, to around $20 (USD) for over 1 lb.
